Frequently asked questions
How do I add a child?
Sign in as a parent, open the family area in Parent Space and add a child profile. Children use profiles under the parent's account; they do not need separate sign-ins.
How do I schedule a prayer?
In Parent Space, open the prayer catalog and schedule a prayer event. Choose the children and time, then confirm. The prayer appears in the assigned children's schedules.
How do prayer reminders work?
Kippo schedules reminders on your device for prayer events. Allow notifications for Kippo in your device settings to receive them.
Can I manage a child's access to features?
Yes. Use the child permissions in Parent Space to manage available features, including Leo and prayer generation.
Where can I learn about my family's data?
See the Privacy Policy for information about data, Firebase, AI services and deletion.
Delete your account
- Sign in to your parent account and open Parent Space.
- Open Settings > Delete Account.
- Type delete and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and family data, including child profiles and audit logs. You will be signed out. Local prayer recordings may remain on your device; remove them in the app or delete the app from each device. If you cannot access your account or deletion fails, email armacwan@gmail.com for help. Do not include your password.
Troubleshooting
Can't sign in?
Check your internet connection and try the same Google or Apple sign-in method you used before. Restart the app and try again.
Reminders aren't appearing?
Check that notifications are enabled for Kippo in your device settings, that your device's date and time are correct, and that the prayer event is scheduled for the intended time. Open the app to sync your prayer schedule.
Content or AI features aren't working?
Check your internet connection and the child's feature permissions. Try again later; some features depend on online services.
